Pb02 is a basecoat and adhesive for the exterior insulating finishing system (eifs).
It is supplied in paste to which cement is added. It shows excellent adhesion between substrate and expanded polystyrene boards when used as an adhesive.
It also provides an excellent basecoat for embedding glass fiber mesh on top of which eifs finishing coat is applied.

Area of use
Pb02 is used as an adhesive between mineral substrates and expanded polystyrene boards (EPS boards).
Pb02 is used as an embedding mortar applied over the EPS boards to embed the glass fiber mesh prior to application of finish coats.
Mixing instruction
Pb02 is mixed in the following ratio:
25kg pb02: 6.25LTR water
It is mixed using a high speed drill, allowed to stand for 10 minutes, remixed and used.
Packaging: Product is supplied in 25kg plastic pails.
Storage
Store containers in a clean dry area protected from direct sunlight and extreme heat and cold.
Unopened containers can be stored for 12 months.
Use oldest material first.
