1. Brew-house
1.1 Malt mill double roller type: Stainless steel roller
1.2 Brew kettle: SS304 plate, heating with power or steam or fire for option. Insulation is rock-wool, man way on the top.
1.3 Lauter tun and Whirl pool: SS304 plate, SS 304 agitator, reducer and motor on the top
1.4 Hot Liquor Tank for option: It is used to store the cycling hot water from plate heat exchanger, insulation is PU foam
1.5 Plate Heat Exchanger: SS304 plate and carbon frame, two storage, 3 inlet and 3 outlet
1.6 Wort Aeration Assembly: SS304
1.7 Yeast Dosing Tank for option: SS304, used to add fresh yeast
1.8 Mash Pump (Sanitary centrifugal pump): Installed among the brew kettle and lauter tun, SS304 pump head
1.9 Work platform and the skid: Stainless steel fabricated
1.10 Brew house pipework and valves: SS304, included the butterfly valves and ball valves
