Beverage Machine description
This machine is designed according to pasteurization principle. The filled beer bottles are sent by conveyor to the pasteurizer for sterilization and then sent out.
Main features
1) The conveying device has high reliability
The bottle loading conveyor adopts stainless steel net which has good intension, resists high temperature, and has good dankness. The conveyor is stable, with stepless speed adjust, easy to change conveying speed, and so the capacity can be adjusted in certain scope.
2) Complete openness of main body structure
The Main body of this machine adopts openness structure. The top and sides are convenient to open, clean, repair and observe during production.
3) The showering device is easy to repair.
Adopt showering pipe with rectangle spout. The structure is simple and spout area is especially big which can adapt to mass flow showering. This kind of structure is not only simple but also can save many nozzles, easy to clean and spout is not easy to be blocked.
4) Temperature control is sensitive
Adopt multi-point PID temperature autocontrol device, with high control precision and sensitive responding. Temperature can be adjusted freely in the scope of 0-100° C.
5) It has perfect automatic PU control function.
At automatic status, the control system can reduce greatly the effect to pasteurization due to temperature fluctuation.
