Product Description
CK series of backstop is usually used in the belt conveyor with a lift height to prevent reverse rotation of the belt in case of emergency stop. It can protect the belt , conveyor and people.
The invention of CKNZ series of wedge backstop in 2000 enlarged the development range of backstop in our country. CKNZ wedge backstop (patent No.ZL02205353.0) has obtained wide reputation from the industry of thermal power, metallurgy, port, mining and gained profound economical and social benefits.
Structure features
-- An overall symmetric structure can guarantee an easy direction change during installation.
-- Flexible installing position, either on the high speed shaft, middle shaft or low speed shaft of the reducer, or installed directly on the driving shaft of driving device.
-- A sealing part is designed to prevent the entry of external dust and water to reduce the risk of problem.

CK wedge backstop is divided into outside mounted backstop (I) and inside mounted backstop (II).
The outside mounted backstop is comprised of low speed backstop and high speed backstop.
