B. Instruction and working element of pipe bending machine
Bending machine is composing by: Hydraulic bending pushing machine, bending Degree adjustment device, hydraulic pump, medium frequency heating System, operate panel, control panel of generators, panal of capacitors, water Cable, reactor. Cutomer shall purchase coils, pipe clamps according to machine sizes.
Working element: Tight pipe --put pipe into coils--ighten front of pipe and fix pipe onto Bending arm--open cooling water--set up frequency power--heating pipe--start pushing of bend.
C. Pipe bending machine 's following parts need cycle cooling: Silicon-controlled Rectifier, medium frequency heating coil, compensation capacitors, water cable, reactor.
