BDA-495 is a kind of multifunctional oxazine ring's benzoxazine resin. Its after-curing product has high heat resistance, good thermal mechanical strength, and excellent electrical performance in wet condition. It is very suitable for production of advanced composite materials. Resin BDA-495 is usually in granular solid with light yellow, can be soluble in hot ketone solvents, but better in mixed solvents only under normal temperature, such as mix of ketones and toluene. BDA-495 benzoxazine resin has medium softening point, usually in the range of 95 ~ 100ºC. After Ultra-fine powdering, in appropriate formula, it can be selectively used for molding product. BDA-495 is much faster in curing rate than 2-functional benzoxazine resin, if added in some curing catalyst, its curing speed should be further improved.
