RV series Worm Gearbox
The scope of RV series Worm-gear Unit Combination:
Agriculture, commerce, telecommunications industry, the food industry, tobacco industry, automobile industry, cement industry, mining industry, mixing station belt conveyor system, Ceramics, ect.
Product Benefits:

8. High strength, compact the box body of high strength cast iron, gear and gear shaft adapts the gas carbonization, quenching and fine grinding process, therefore the bearing capacity of unit volume is high.
9. Long life: Under the condition of correct type chosen(including choosing suitable operation parament)normal operation and maintenance, the life if main parts speed reducer(except wearing parts)should not be less than 20000 hours. The wearing parts include lubricating oil, oil seal and bearing.
10. Low noise: Because main parts of speed reducer are processed, the gears are all grinded, and tested critically, therefore the noise of speed reducer is low.
Mounting Position:
Base mounted with solid shaft or hollow shaft.
Installation of output flange with solid shaft or hollow shaft.
Maintenance:
After 300-hour operation, please change the oil, and flush the gear unit with suitable detergents.
Please do not mix the mineral oil and synthetic oil.
Please check the oil level in regular time.
Surface Painting of RV Series Worm Gearbox
Aluminum alloy housing:
1. Shot blasting and special antiseptic treatment on the aluminum alloy surface.
2. After phosphating, paint with RAL5010 blue or silvery white paint.
Cast iron housing:
First paint with red antirust paint, then paint with RAL5010 blue or silvery white paint.
