Beta-dextranase is made by liquid fermentation deeply adopting Bacillus Licheniformis bacterial strain. This product is used specially in Beta-dextranase's 1, 3 and 1, 4 indican key, and generates 3-5 oligose and glucose. This enzyme mainly used in beer brewing, maltose, feed, etc.

Using methods
In beer production, You should add it when the malt start to sugar and the suitable quantity is 0.1-0.5‰ . It can improve obviously the filtering rate.
In the feed, You can add it as per the production way. The general decommended amount is 0.05-0.2‰ . It will be good for the animal growth.
