Biomass Chips Wood Fired Boiler
This series of steam boiler is suitable for small businesses, institutions, schools, hotels, public houses, bath centers and residential quarters for heating or hot water.
FEATURES:
1. Adopt a unique BMF combustion technology, fuel combustion and high utilization;
2. DZW(L) Series Boiler
1) Double wing type flue layout, so that the flue gas smoothly goes through the double wing type and then enters into the front flue gas box, effectively reducing the temperature of the flue gas of the high temperature zone of the tube plate and prevent the crack of the tube plate and pipe explosion accidents;
2) Within the drum, there is single return thread fire tube with good heat transfer effect;
3. Optimization of design flue gas flow rate with the ability of self-cleaning, in order to avoid flue gas tube ash deposition and wear;
4. According to the characteristics of biomass fuels, a special furnace arch is designed and the front and back arch is suitable for each other. The second supplying oxygen devices improve the fuel burn out rate and completely solve the black flue gas problem of biomass fuel combustion.
5. Furnace exit soot inertial separation effectively reduces the exhaust gas dust concentration, and reduces the wear and tear on the back of the heated area;
6. Furnace with thick high-quality insulation materials, low heat loss;
7. The boiler leaves factory in a packaged form, easy installment;
8. Special furnace heating surface arrangement with no coking and has wide combustion adaptability.
