Product Description:
Pelletizing is the process of making waste materials into solid fuel. The objects are used for
burning purposes.
Crushing Process: Depending on the different input material, we fit out the suitable Crushing
machines. If the raw material is the Straw Baler, we developed the series Baler Crusher
adopting the foreign advanced technology.
If the raw material is big logs with diameter less 300mm or big timber cutter, our BX Series Chiping and Crushing Machine is your best choices; While SFSP Hammer Mill is widely used to crush each kind of straw, wood chip,
tree branch, bark and leftover bits from agricultural wastes. The best moisture content in
the Crushing Process is less 20%, and the thickness of the wood chip is less 5mm.
Drying Process: The best moisture content to pelletizing is about 14-16%.
Our new Air-Current Rotary Dryer is made up of Burning Stove and Main Rotary
Dryer, which can realize to reduce the moisture from 50% to 10%.Pelletizing Process: Ring die wood pellet mill is widely used in compacting of wood, straw, other biomass sources
into pellet. Capacity ranges from 1T to 10T per hour.
Adopt high-precision gear drive advanced flexible coupling, for high productive efficiency;
Main driving adopt imported SKF (NSK) bearing, NSK oil seal and Siemens motor;
Frequency converter control feeder flow, full stainless steel of cover and chute.
Ring die pellet mill generate less wear and tear when pelletizing, and it is more energy efficient
than the flat die pellet mill, so, ring die pellet mills are adopted in most large scale pellet production lines.
Cooling Process: After the pelletizing process, the temperature of the wood pellet is about 60-80 degree, and the moisture content of the wood pellet is about 15%, so we need use Cooler
to reduce about 3-4% moisture, such this the wood pellet is easy to store.
But considering the feedback from some foreign clients, the local climate is very humidity;
They hope to cool the wood pellet with moisture 7-8%. In order to satisfy the different need
from different clients, we develop one kind of new Stabilizer Combined Cooler.
