Description:
In the process of bio experiment and cell cultivation, some active organisms will be produced in the bio pharmaceutical industry, which must be inactivation firstly, and then it could be exhausted into biochemical pool. The Bio chemical sewage inactivation system is mainly applied to biochemical sewage inactivation treatment system, such as bio experiment, cell cultivation, bio-fermentation, virus vaccine and blood products, etc.
Operational principle
1.Collection tank
Collect biochemical sewage into collection tank. System will automatically adjust PH while liquid level is up to set level; self-absorption pump will start transferring sewage to sterilization device while PH is at set value; self-absorption pump will automatically stop while liquid level down to low level.
2.Inactivation device
Biochemical sewage will be transferred to inactivation device through self-absorption pump, which will be heat to 100-125 celcius degrees, then transferred to in-activation tank.
3.In-activation tank
Biochemical sewage will be heated again to 125 celcius degrees at least, and keep for a while, biochemical sewage will be transferred into cooling device by pressure.
4.Cooling device
Biochemical sewage will be cooled by cooling device, and it will be automatically transferred into sewage pool while its temperature low down to set temperature.
5.Tail gas treatment device
In the process of collecting biochemical sewage to collection tank and inactivation tank, the gas inside of tank will be in and out. However, the gases can not be directly exhausted to the ambient due to it contain kinds of various microorganism. So these tail gas must be inactivation treatment , and then exhausted to the ambient after through tail gas treatment device ( temperature is higher than 300 celcius degrees).
6.Cleaning device
Water supply pipeline which belongs to the pipelines between collection tank and sewage heating zone will be automatically opened after each biochemical sewage treatment. Water supply pipeline will be completely cleaned so as to prevent sewage from scaling and plugging at heating zone.
