Biscuit oven- bakery equipment
Specifications and features:
1) Conforms to Chinese ministry standard: JB4415 to 88 ministry standard

4) Infrared electric oven composed of infrared heating parts, oven conveyers, moisture discharge and electric control system

9) Automatic oven temperature control, convenient and precise, reaches 200oC or more
10) Oil stove: Body, guidance system (including stove, oil bump and valve) sending equipment and moisture proof system
11) Temperature heats oil stove, through the gear bump distributes oil to every part of the hearth, radiates energy and moderates temperature at 300oC
12) Direct gas fired oven: Oven body, gas burning system (includes a series of transistors, heating apparatus, electromagnetic valve and oven sending equipment, drying system and electronic controls
Main characteristics:
1) The machine is heated with gas (LPG or natural gas). Rapid heating and energy saving.
2) The oven is separated into heat control zones. Top and bottom heat are independently adjustable and preset. Measured temperature and preset temperature are displayed in digital form.
3) Chamber expands and contracts with changes in temperature relieving pressure build up
4) High quality thermal insulating material used to keep in heat and promote efficient fuel usage
5) Steelwork, ducts and chambers painted with high temperature (400oC) metallic paint. Outer covers painted with hard finishing gloss paint.
6) Oven band level: 1100mm
7) Length: 30 to 70m
