Our factory is equipped with 4 Advanced Production Lines, with an Annual Capacity of 50, 000MT. The specification includes1.4D\ 1.5D\ 2D\ 3D\ 6D\ 7D\ 8D\ 10D\ 15D\ 20D\ 30D\ 40D\ 60D\ 70D, the length varies from 32MM to 102MM or tows, and the color includes raw white, common black and jet black. We can produce all kinds of colored polyester staple fiber according to the sample of the customers. We also have hollow conjugated, polypropylene and low melt fiber. Our fiber is widely used in open end spinning and ring spinning. Needle punched nonwoven is also its application, especially in automotive interior and geotextile.
