1. Usage and Features of Motor
Block-proof device(also called Bulkhead vibrator)is a new vibrating arch-breaker device which is direcly installed under material storehouse. With small volume, light weight, easy construction and convenient to use, it is ideal product replacing electromagnetic and adhesion vibrators
2. Working principle and construction feature.
Use eccentric impact generated by high speed rotating of new vibrating motor to this machine vibrate high frequently, eliminate the friction between materials and bulkhead and relative stability between materials in the material storehouse to smoothly discharge materials from mouth.
3. Installation and Debugging, Usage and Maintenance of Motor
1) Bulkhead vibrator is generally installed at 1/4 silo height under silo;
2) If it is non steel silo or contains reinforcing rid but not easy to vibrate, lay vibrating plate in the silo, weld bulkhead vibrator on the vibrating plate and fasten on the silo together;
3) Maintain the motor bearing per month and add lubricating grease; Clear dirt retention outside chasis and improve heat dissipation condition but can not wash with water;
4) Inspect regularly insulation resistance, fasten anchor bolt and eliminate the hidden danger.
