Synthesis ammonia gasification system that using lump coal or type coal as raw materials, which the thermal energy recovery of flue gas that produced by gas boiler is the current energy-saving focus of nitrogen enterprises. The traditional flue gas thermal energy recovery adopts recycling the flue gas sensible heat and latent heat. But it easily cause heat loss in the process and affect thermal energy recovery efficiency.
We focused on craft features of synthetic ammonia gasification system using "two change one" method to design flue gas exhaust heat boiler. The high temperature after the flue gas the burning in combustion furnace enter exhaust heat boiler, utilizing the surplus indenter overcome the resistance in the exhaust heat boiler, without equip ID in addition, not only save the operation cost, but also avoid the heat loss in sensible heat, latent heat recovery process, fully gain energy conservation effect.
