Detail Description
JRX series paper machine has been successfully used in many paper industries which main series products and its characteristics are as below:
1.JRX Series Cylinder Machine: With the high working speed and super quality of finished paperboard, it could produce Kraft liner board, Fluting paper and coated paper.
2. JRX Series Fourdrinier Machine: it adopts double holey roll opening or air loaded head box with advanced automatic control system to assure the gram weight and uniformity similar which could produce Fluting paper, Coated paper, Writing paper and so on.
3. JRX Series Coated Paper Machine with Multi-wires and the pneumatic opening of equipments are air-knife coating, rod coating, blade coating and Multi-dryers: The other sets of equipments are air-knife coating, rod coating, blade coating and the pneumatic opening style oven which has a spray jet with stainless steel model forming. The types of cool cylinder and soft calender are vary for the different paper.
4.JRX Series lnverformer: The main characteristics are with high working speed to product excellent paperboard. It adopts the multi-wire structure and selects some necessary dewatering equipments according to the requirements of technology.
