Purpose
Bottle warmer is used to warm the carbonated drink bottles to common environment temperature after filling.
The filling temperature of carbonated drink is 0-4 Celsius degree, and generally the environment temperature is higher than 4 Celsius degree, and the outer surface of the filled bottles with carbonated drink will be full of water drops if they are not warmed.
So the bottle warming machine is necessary for the production process after carbonated drinks filling process, such as labeling, date printing, bottle grouping & packing, etc.
