3. Operation principle
Conveyor belt will put needed cleaning bottles into the bottle screw, due to the bottle inputting screw and star wheel catch plate are continuously operating in-phase which will synchronously convey the needed cleaning bottles to the center of transferring manipulator and the manipulator along with the rotary table are spraying and washing the needed cleaning bottles. It will revert into the start-off state after completion. Then the bottle outputting star wheel catch plate makes the cleaned bottle out so the whole process is completed.
