Product Description
1. The main circuit of the machine adopts PLD controller. It is easy to operate with high sensitivity. The maintenance is very simple and convenient as well.
2. With auto feeder, auto gripper feeding and auto cutting system, it makes a high performance and the feeding will be more accurate and quick. It is able to cut 10~20 times each minute without damage of the workpiece surface.
3. The machine will stop working automatically when the cutting finished by setting the cutting times by the counter.
4. The counter can accumulate the working record of the whole day.
5. Total pressure, front gripping pressure and back gripping pressure is adjustable by stepless to ensure the workpiece with non-deforming and scathelessly.
6. Front gripping, back gripping, cutting speed and feeder speed is steplessly adjustable. The precision of workpiece is guaranteed.
7. The machine is specialized for cutting 90° Metal material and saving material.

The main Machineries we manage:

3) We also developed our own metal mold department for mold opening and metal tools and metal stampings. Such as punching mold for metal, drawing mold for metal, continuous mold and so on. We would like to design and make mold according to your finished products or drawings, also we can make the finished products according to your samples.
