JYS-2000A digital display building materials compression testing machine is mainly used to the compression test of building materials such as brick, cement and concrete, etc.
Load Frame Structure: The load frame is four columns tower structure, mainly consisted of base, piston, crosshead, adjusting screw rod and upper & lower compression platens. Screw nut and adjusting screw rod are mounted on upper crosshead. The sphere base and upper platen were installed downside of adjusting screw rod. The hand wheel is installed on the top of screw rod. The position of upper compression platen is adjusted through the turning of hand wheel. To make the specimen is placed on the center of compression platen, locating position lines were provided. Oil source integrated control cabinet and digital meter were connected together with the load frame.
Measuring System: His machine is mainly consisted of load frame, oil source, control cabinet and digital meter. It adopts hydraulic loading, oil pressure transducer to measure the load, digital display with peak value holding, loading speed display functions. The operation and display panel are very convenient for the user to operate and observe.

YEW Series is computer display manual control hydraulic compression testing machine. The space adjusting & force loading could be executed by manual control. The test result could also be transferred to the software for further analysis.
YE Series is pendulum dynamometer display manual control compression testing machine. The space adjusting & force loading could be executed by manual control, and the test result could be shown through dynamometer.
