Product Description
Construction and Features:
1) Pin drum is using material carbon steel for outer drum lined inside with high quality alloy steel having been treated for quenching, tempering and surface nitriding; The inner surface hardness HV950; Depth of hard layer: 0.55
2) Screw material: 38CrMoALA high-quality nitrided steel having been treated for quenching, tempering and surface nitriding; Surface hardness HV900 (HS95); Depth of hard layer: 0.55
3) Feeding device is composed of feeding roll, roll hood, ring holder, bearing base, auxiliary gear, bearing, main and auxiliary rubber scrapers. Speed ratio auxiliary gear of feeding roll has an independent lubricating system.
4) Drum of feeding section is composed of rear body of machine, front and rear bushings.
Front and rear bushings use 38CrMoALA quality nitrided steel having been treated for quenching, tempering and surface nitriding; Surface hardness HV1000; Depth of hard layer: 0.55; Replaceable after being worn.
5) Reducer casing is adopting cylindrical gear reducer with horizontal square box structure. The gear uses quality alloy steel with high strength; Gear surface is made after being quenched by MID-frequency. Transmission accuracy of auxiliary gear is class 6. Transmission gear and bearing employs an independent compelling lubrication system with functions for spraying, cooling and joint output of flow rate.
6) Driving motor adopts Z4 series DC motor, with an accuracy of less than 0.1% in stabilizing state.
7) Temperature control system: TCS is using softened water as cycling media and factory cooling water as cooling media. Adopt hot cycling pump of GRWNDFOS Company from Denmark. Adopt electric heating and heat-exchanger cooling mode.
8) Extruder head: Various heads such as those for pipe strip feeding for calendar and Tor Y head for rubber coating could be provided. Also duplex triplex or multi-plex head for making profiles such as tread or sidewall of tires could be designed and manufactured.
