C-Typejaw Rubber Vulcanizing Machine (XLB-D/Q 300*400)
Features:
1. This machine is made of multi-cylinder or single cylinder type, with fast and slow opening mould, pushing moulds and setting the speed of the plate when up and down.
2. Those functions brought great facilitate for making silicon rubber insulator, lighting rod, conveyor belt joint repairing, cable connector and rubber dam with triangular shape, up plate and down plate repositioning, high accuracy.
3. All set is controlled by PLC, plate heating system is controlled by SCR, individually adjustable. Electric box and hydraulic case are independent seted, the control system has two modes: Manual mode and automatic mode.
4. The automatic mode can set the times of deflate, the vulcanizing time (can adjustable), automatic fill pressure function.
5. The manual mode has electric adjustment function, it is easy to install the moulds, and has a series of protection functions.
