3. Final drawing/sample/technical requirement from customer.
4. Mold structure design and mold flow analysis.
5. Confirm mold design by customer.
6. Prepare plastic material and inspect tooling process, including CNC/grinding/EDM/texture.
7. First article inspection on dimension/assembly/fitting.
8. Mold improvement/modification
9. Sample production, ship to customer for approval
10. Mold approval by customer.
