Hualing Xingma Automobile (Group) Co., Ltd. (called "Hualing Xingma Automobile" for short) is an important production and research base of heavy truck, heavy special automobile and components. Besides, it owns five main subsidiaries: Anhui Hualing Automobile Co., Ltd., Anhui Xingma Automobile Co., Ltd., Anhui Xingkaima Power Co., Ltd. (in preparation), Anhui Hualing Axle Co., Ltd. And Anhui Forma Automobile Parts (Group) Co., Ltd. With a floor area of 5000 Chinese acre and building area more than 400, 000, the company has an annual production capacity of 100, 000 heavy trucks, 50, 000 high-power engines and 50, 000 heavy special automobiles.

Based on total assets of 8 billion Yuan, 5000 employees and 1500 engineering technical persons, Hualing Xingma Automobile has set up national enterprise technology center and postdoctoral R&D station, has intimate technical cooperation with world leading R&D institute and has established long-term industry-school-research institute cooperation with many domestic famous universities, such as Tsinghua University, Shanghai Jiao Tong University, Hunan University and Hefei University of Technology and so on, making the company have strong capacity of product research and development.
