Wallboard: Double skinned, 50mm thick EPS, width is 1150mm. 0.476mm color steel with rock wool inside. Tongue & groove style compound construction. Galvanized Steel roof panel.
Basement: Galvanized steel assemble, 300mm high, with adjustable bolts, quadrate steel support, full grids made by flat bar & twisted steel, galvanized. 3pcs of ramps, 900 x 2000mm (W x L)
Door: Folding door, 4-folds, 3200 x 2600mm (W x H), without frame cover. 1 piece of service door, 800 x 2000 mm (W x H). The side service door with a pressure lock which will automatically open when the pressure inside is over-pressure.
Air Circulation System: 1 unit of 7.5kw turbo intake fan, air capacity for each is 25000m3/h. 1 unit of 7.5kw turbo exhaust fan, air capacity for each is 25000m3/h.
Generator Cabinet: Intake from back upper, exhaust from back upper. Aluminum alloy frame, white coated steel outside covered, galvanized steel inside, filled with heat preservation material inside.
Heating System: Italy RIELLO RG5S diesel burner, stainless steel heat exchanger, pneumatic damper actuates from spraying to baking cycle. Max Heating Productivity is 260000kcal/h.
Lighting System: Ceiling light has 8units x 4pcs = 32pcs of 58w lamp, side light has 11units x 4pcs = 44pcs of 18w lamp, with electronic ballasts; Illuminate ≥ 1500Lux. Light boxes are powered coated.
Control System: Spraying, Heat spraying, Baking, Time Setting, Lighting Switch, Failure Indicator, Thermostat, Temperature Limit Controller, Hour Meter, Pressure Gauge, Pressure Alarm System, Adjustable Manual Exhaust Damper, Power Supply, Emergency Stop, all motor are normal start.
Purification System: Dual filtering structure, the primary filter can capture granules larger than 10μ M. Ceiling filter can capture granules bigger than 4μ M. The whole purification system has capacity of large volume of dust. Its filtering rate reaches 98%. Air Pressure balance gauge, TSP≤ 1.2mg/m3. Special configure with multilayer active carbon filter system.
