SMT carbide threading inserts are available in a wide range of thread forms answering to most of the thread standards. Partial and full profile inserts are also available, suitable for all machining applications in a wide range of materials for maximum productivity. All SMT threading inserts are fully ground for higher accuracy.
22ER/NR 4SAGE and 22ER/NR 3SAGE are custom-made as per the samples provided by the customer. The coating TiALN or TiN can be at your choice.
