The filling monoblock machine is composed of bottle washing machine, filling machine, capping machine, machine frame, sealing window, main motor and conveying system, bottle conveyor, cap unscrambler and electrical system, etc.
The turning part of the bottle washing machine is composed of water diverting plate, bottle gripper, upper rotating platform, guiding way, protection guard, water spraying device and bottle falling plate
Filling part is composed of the filling tank, filling nozzle, guiding way, lifting device and bottle cramp lifting device, etc.
Capping part is composed of 3 main components: cap holder, cap falling guide-way and capping machine.
Supporting equipment is composed of washing water reflux tank, bottle inlet airway and bottle out-let chain. Besides, this machine could be equipped with manual bottle arranging table(or bottle unscrambler), differential chain bottle arranging table and auto cap loader, etc.
