Carbonated drink Filling machine is mainly used in the beverage filling operations.
1. The product line is mainly used in washing, filling and sealing carbonated beverage such as carbonated drinks, cola, iced tea and carbonated mineral water and so on.
2. The construction is advanced. The performance is stable. The operation and maintain are easy. And the speed can be adjusted infinitively and accords with the standards. It is an ideal choice for small and middle scale drink factories.
3. This machine uses new generation stainless steel spring washing clips and the clips do not contact the upside of bottle screw avoiding the second pollution. It can both clear the inside and the outside of the bottle.
4. The isobaric pressure filling principle was applied. Filling is quick, and stable. Not contacting with the liquid avoids second pollution and oxidation.
5. This machine applies magnetic force screw type sealing, realizing auto grasping cap, sealing. The sealing cap force can be adjusted.
