Product Description
Cassava Residue Dryer/Drying Machine With Best Quality
Introduction:
The dryer mainly include feed inlet, heat furnace, filter cartridge, rotating cylinder, material conveyor, cooling cylinder and discharging port. The rotating cylinder, which is installed on the driving roller, moves in low speed depending on the motor and slow transmission. Feed inlet is in between the heat furnace and rotating cylinder and there is stir blade in the rotating cylinder. The baffle is on the connected place of the rotating cylinder and filter cartridge. One end of the filter cartridge is connected with the rotating cylinder.

Working Principle:
The wet materials are sent into silo by belt conveyor and bucket conveyor, then the material pass through the feeding tube into the feed end. The gradient of feeding tube must be greater than the natural angle of materials, so that the material can enter into desiccator. The desiccators' cylinder is an oblique rotating drum. Heat-carrier that enters into the dryer from the low-end can form reflux with the material added from the upper end. With the rotating of cylinder, materials are carried to the the bottom end by gravity. In the moving process, wet materials obtain the heat input of heat carrier directly and indirectly to bedried. Then the finished materials are sent out by belt conveyor and screw conveyor.
