Product Description
APPLICATION:
ZXJ type is applicable to wash the root vegetable and round fruit which is hard and dirty, such as carrot, potato, cassava, ginger, pineapple, date etc.
WORKING PRINCIPLE:
The machine composed of frame, speed motor, cover, drum chamber, pipeline shower, sprinkler, water tank etc part. The main structure with 3-5 incline degree. While running, the drum driven by motor, fruit enter into the chamber evenly by elevator. There are liner spiral install inside drum plate which by perforated to make sure the material rotate with drum and move forward, at the same time dust flushing away by above high pressure sprinkler, sewage flow to below water tank and filtrate by sieve, then return for washing again through water pump.
