Product Description
Centrifugally cast compound steel back-up rolls have a shell of cast steel with alloying elements such as Ni, Cr, Mo. After heat-treatment, the roll shell get a fine temper structure, which exhibits good strength and ductility combined with high fatigue properties. When used, the roll shows a high wear and spalling resistance all the time.
Applications: Back-up rolls for hot narrow strip mill.

The factory production process is reasonable advanced manufacturing testing equipment and excellent product characteristic: The liquid metal used in roll production are melted with electrical furnace. All rolls are centrifugally cast. The liquid metals are exactly weighted with help of electric scale. High speed analysis is available for checking the chemical composition of all melt metals. All the rolls using resistance furnace for heat-treated to eliminecte roller stress. The factory has more than 100 sets of various kinds of processing machines, such as lathes, millers, grinders, drills(including numeral controlled lathes), It also has advanced analyzing and testing apparatus such as ultrasonic tests and metallographic tests.
