Product Description
GLS Tool & Die is an ISO9001: 2008 certified manufacturer of metal stamping dies. For over 10 years we have supplied the automotive, appliance, construction and electrical with high quality tooling. With our tryout press ranging from 110-800 tons, along with a series of effective equipments and experienced teammates, we are able to produce line dies/tandem dies, transfer dies, progressive dies, and stage tools for medium to highly complex parts. All stamping dies can be cast iron dies or steel plate build-up dies.
We routinely build dies to stamp material thicknesses from 0.2mm (.008") to 6.0mm (.230") steel. With tryout capabilities up to 800 tons, and can build dies up to 4000*1500mm (60" wide x 157" long)
We also can supply the experimental and prototype parts in low volume. The prototype parts are out of plain forming /laser cutting /metal bending /stamping /welding.
