Application:
In the chilled casting process, the increase of organic matters in molding sand brings massive gas in the sand mould, thus blowholes or flames happen easily. A smooth gas exhaust channel is needed to prevent this to avoid castings scrap. Ventilation ropes effectively solve the above problem.
Use:
Select the proper ventilation rope in accordance with the core size. The rope(s) is (are) covered in the core, with one end extending out through the core print.
