Characteristics
1. Please choose suitable catalyst model according to room temperature and sand temperature, therefore you can get satisfied harden speed.
2. Adjust the catalyst amount( between resin amount 30~60%), then you will get different workable time and striping time.
3. Transparent liquid with a color of yellow to brown(XY-GG01 is crystal with white color ) crystalloid temperature ≤-15
Usage Method
1. XY-GG01 catalyst is Para sulfuric acid, appearance with white sheet crystal, suitable for slow harden speed. Please solvent in water (35~45%) completely before use which base on the need of harden speed.
2. XY-GS/C catalyst can be used directly. Usage method: first blend original sand(reclaimed sand) with catalyst( equal with resin amount 35~45%) evenly, then add resin( equal with original sand amount 0.7~1.5%) to concoct evenly.
