Production Description
The LBC-16 is the professional quality, passive and active output combiner. It is designed for use in headends to combine the outputs of multiple modulators and processors. The LBC-16 has sixteen input ports and one combined amplified output port and is intended to be "zero loss" combiners. This combiner features high isolation between ports due to an integrated directional coupler design. The input ports of the LBC-16 are broadband, accepting signals in the 54 to 1000 MHz frequency range. It employs a single push-pull CATV style hybrid module. The overall gain of the LBC-16 is variable using a built-in manual gain control, accessible via a front panel control. This model is provided with an 18 inch (457mm) long AC line cord and a rear panel AC convenience outlet, permitting easy connections.
