It is the welding asistant equipment, whose machine head is equipped on the top of the boom. The Boom can elevate and retract horizontally freely, also can rotate ± 180o; . This machine can be used together with welding rotator, welding positioner and achieves the tank longitudinal and circle seam welding. According to the requirement, which can be adopted welding seam tracing and monitoring, welding flux recovery and feeding device. Its structure includes fixed type, fixed with rotation type and moveable with rotation type.
Welding manipulator includes fixed type, fixed with rotation type and full position and lots of forms.
Boom retracting adopts veriable frequency control, which adopts PLC control system.
Mechanical precision is higher, positioning is correct. It also be designed and manufactured according to the customer's special requirement.

This automatic column and boom manipulator can weld various seams for metal containers, metal welding component in various ways. It is widely used in wind and electrical equipment, the pressure vessel, petrochemical, pipe and steel, the boiler, shipbuilding, repair welding and many other industries. According to customer requirements, it can be installed electrical extension unit inside telescopic arm operator' s seat and safeguard ladders, but also supporting a variety of tracking and monitoring, arc oscillation, transmission devices
