Product Description
This production line is LSZ51/105 or LSZ65/132 twin screw conical extruder, installed with different die and auxiliary equipment to produce two pipes at the same time. It could make small diameter pipe in high quality, excellent productivity and fast speed and the pipes are widely used as electrical cable coating pipes.
With reasonable structure, stable and reliable performance, the production line could fulfill synchronic speed adjustment between the main motor of the extruder and that of the hauling-off machine. The vacuum sizing tank consists of two stainless steel boxed, which are 6 meter long and can be operated separately. The hauling-off machine is of frequency inverter control and the clamping is in a pneumatic method. The cutter is automatic cutting with meter metering device. According to our customer's requirement, this production line could also adopt PLC control system to realize high-automation.
