This year we will have three 2850-500 crescent former tissue paper making machine whole line from 2850-500 crescent former tissue paper making machine to Stock preparation line ( one is virgin pulp for IRAN, one is waste recycle & virgin pulp for Uzbekistan, one waste paper for Algeria ) and then Rewinder and slitting machine also with the auxiliary equipment etc.

This 2850-500 crescent former tissue paper making machine has been working in Sicun Province. During the second test running day, it's working speed is 600m/min and with 13 GSM basis weight. The steam consumption is 2.2 tons steam/ton paper. With our own production Steel Yankee dryer, the whole machine electric consumption is 300 degre/ton paper with the crane and lighting. 1.The machine will be fully pre-erected at Xinhe workshop with complete on-mahine pre-piping in order to minimize mill site erection timing.

3.We shall provide the G.A. drawing, foundation drawing and layout drawing after receiving the advance payment.
4.We have the professional installation team to provide erection/or erection supervision, commissioning, test-run and training for customer. The customer shall provide international flight ticket, local transportation vehicle, food, hotel accommodations and salary for our engineers.
5.Performance and Mechanical Guarantee shall be provided for 1 year from the successful commissioning or 1.5 years from the date of Bill of Lading.
