Hanger Hook Shot Blasting Machine
1.Abrator description
The abrator is designed for surface cleaning and hardening of variety and small quantities of castings, forgings and steel profiles to remove attached green sand, core sand and scale.
It is also fit for the surface cleaning and hardening of heat treated parts,especially for brittle,long thin-section parts.
2. Specifications of the abrator
A. Increasing the anti-fatigue properties of mechanical product and metal components.
B. Removing stress concentration
C. This machine use manual operation control system, and all components are famous brand in China.
D. This machine uses most advanced full shutter type air wash separator (DISA technology).
E. Safety limit switch. When the cover of blast wheel is open, the machine cannot be started

3.Structure of the abrator
The machine is consists of shot blasting room, elevator, separator, screw conveyor, two pieces of impeller head assembles, abrasive control system, hook track, hook system, auto rotation device, foundation, dust collecting system and electrical control system, etc.
