Vacuum Drying Oven Uses:
This product is designed for drying and heating powder articles, as well as disinfecting and sterilizing of glass containers. It is widely used in the field of medicine, food, light industry, chemistry, agriculture, environmental protection and experiment etc.
Vacuum Drying Oven Characteristics:
1. Rectangular chamber maximized working volume; High-quality stainless steel or cold rolling steel inner chamber treated by anti-corrosion technology ensures longevity of the product.
2. Micro-compute single chip temperature controller with function of timing and over-temperature protection.
3. High-brightness digital tube display; Light touch key for parameters setting.
4. Tightness of the door is adjustable; Double-layer tempered glass anti-bullet door with high permissibility; Silicon rubber seal provides a high vacuum degree.
5. Storage, heating, experiment and drying process are all carried out in a non-oxygen environment filled with inert gases to prevent oxidation.
6. Integrated design of vacuum oven, pump and other relative device, which is easy to operate and stable in performance.
7. Auto-pumping can be achieved by setting vacuum degree as needs; Multiple sections of program can be preset to ensure repeated or multistep pumping. With experiment goes on, the vacuum degree decreases, and then the controller would restart the pump according to showed error to ensure stable and accurate vacuum degree.
8. Manual and electric double air eliminator, which enable easy operation of air bleeding; Manual air-bleed is used on the occasion of power failure.
9. Pump line with air filter inside to ensure long service life of vacuum pump.
10. Vacuum degree is shown by digital meter and pointer meter.
