The following characteristics of hanger type shot blasting machine:

The equipment consists of lifting, shot blasting chamber, blast wheel, Abrasive /pill material circulation purification system, dust removal system and electric control system etc...The workpiece is hoisted from the outdoor side, erected and put into the shot blasting chamber, close the door and the workpiece is rotated by blast cleaning.
The hook can realize lifting up down, walking and the positive and negative rotation function and it greatly improves the effect of blasting the workpiece. The shot blasting chamber and the layout of blast wheel are determined after computer 3D simulation of dynamic ejection.
2 sets blast wheel are manufactured by ourselves which adopt American WHEELBRATER turbine hurricane technology, it has high blasting speed, single capacity of blasting is up to 170 kg/min, the blasting speed is up to 80m/s, it greatly improve the cleaning efficiency and cleaning effect. The special structure can make the utilization of abrasive maximize to 98%, common blast wheel is only 80%, in the China mainland, this technology is the most advanced one.
The separation device is BE full curtain type pill slag separator which is international most advanced one, it can significantly improve the separation effect.
It adopts connecting rod mechanical Fifth Class seal, it completely eliminates steel shot outside and the advantage is good sealing effect and long service life.
Dust removal system is two stage dust removal which is using settling chamber and needle punched felt duster, dust emission concentration is less than 90 mg/m3.

Installation:
1. Seller will send 1 engineer to buyer's factory to supervise installation, commission and training.
2. Seller will provide training to buyer's relevant employee. And seller will provide
Machine Operation and maintenance manual " and machine Electric schematic diagram"
3. Buyer will afford the visa, round trip tickets, transportation, hotel, and meals. Buyer will provide 2-4 necessary labor workers, and necessary tools, facilities and powers.
4. Buyer will pay each engineer some money per one day. The date will be countered from the date when the engineer departure from buyer's factory. All the holidays and weekends will be included. Total days about 15 days.
5. Buyer will sign on the "machine Testing and acceptance agreement" after the successful trial.
