Therapeutic indications:	Using this drug alone is eligible for the treatment of such infections caused by the sensitive organism as: Upper and lower respiratory tract infection, upper and lower urinary tract infection, peritonitis, cholecystitis, cholangitis, cholangeitis and other intra-abdominal infection,hematosepsis, meningitis, cutaneous and soft tissue infection, bone marrow and joint infection, pelvic inflammation, endometritis, gonorrhea and other genital tract infections. Drug combination: When it is taken together with amino glycoside antibiotic, should monitoring the patient's renal function.
Posology and method of administration	Adult: Recommend dosage: Proportion Cefoperazone/Sulbactam(g) Cefoperazone(g) Sulbactam(g) 2:1 1.5~3.0 1.0~2.0 0.5~1.0 The dose should be moiety,administration per 12 hours.For the serious infection or intractable infection,the daily dose of cefoperazone/sulbactam can increase to 8g(1:1cefoperazone 4.0g and sulbactam 4.0g) or12g(2:1cefoperazone 8.0g and sulbactam 4.0g).It can increase cefoperazone solely if the state of patients is serious,the dose should be moiety,then administration per 12h.It recommend that the daily max dose of sulbactam is 4g.
Contraindications:	Cefalotin Sodium is contraindicated in persons who have shown hypersensitivity to the cephalosporin group of antibiotics or who have previously experienced a major allergy to penicillin.
Shelf Life:	Three years.
Storage:	In dry places,protected from direct sunlight,at temperature not exceeding 25ºC.
