Our cracking resistant real estate material pp fiber:
With polypropylene fiber as its raw material, curved PP macro fiber is produced by special molding process and surface modification; it has advantage of acid, alkali resistant, excellent tensile, easy dispersing, convenience for construction and no damage to vehicles and pavement and no need for special conservation. Curved PP macro fiber can be used instead of steel fiber to enhance the crack resistance of cement concrete and significantly improve the toughness and flexural of concrete. Because of special shape, curved PP macro fiber has good combination with concrete and strong bond.

Applying Instruction:
Dosage: More than 2kg/ cubic meter of concrete.
Length: 50mm for general crack level, 40mm for shotcrete.
Mixer: Horizontal Two-Shaft Forced Mixer.
Forming Conservation: Conservation can be based upon the requirement of ordinary concrete. No special requirement, tape time can be extended for 30 seconds according to actual situation. In order not to bring out fiber, plastering should be carried out after the concrete surface passivation slightly.
Package: 1kg per bag. May packed according to requirement.
