Product Description
ST200S, white or gray white powder, has a good property in controlling fluid loss. When dosage is 1.5%-2.5%, the amount of API fluid loss is below 100ml. With ST200R, the Thickening Time is well adjustable to meet the need of oil well cementing at the bottom hole circulating temperature ranging from 50 to 110
ST200S is also a suspending additive. Being thermal plastic property, the higher the slurry's temperature is, the thinner the slurry is, it gives rise to slurry's changeable and influences cementing quality. When the slurry contains ST200S, as the temperature rises, it dissolves slowly and acts to eliminate thermal plastic property of cement slurry, so that the viscosity of cement slurry remains relatively stable without influence of temperature. Also ST200S mixed into slurry has no harm on making slurry, and it resolved the problem that the common suspension has difficult to making slurry.
This additive is not dissolved in water under general temperature, and it is only used to dry-blend with cement.
