Product Introduction
Cement sleeper is one of accessories of track rail , when lay the rail on mining , we should put the cement sleeper of wooden sleeper in advance .
Cement sleeper also called concrete sleeper pillow or concrete pillow which is made of concrete, steel. It has long srevice life. According to the installation, cement sleeper can be divided into U-shaped ring and the pressure plate bolts. U-shaped ring of cement sleepers is easy to install. You can just put the rail into the two U-rings, put the rubber pad underneath it, and then smash a U-shaped ring with a sledgehammer to hold the rail. And the bolt plate concert sleeper is to hold the rail by piercing the T-bolt holes from the reserved holes. A sleeper requires four sets of bolts, four plates and two rubber pads which makes the sleeper easy maintance and be reused.
