Introduction
GZX typed central drive mud scraping and sucking equipment is suitable for sludge scraping and removing of radial-flowed sedimentation tank (round),the diameter of that is less than 18m for wastewater treatment plants and the water plants.
Structure and principal
Central drive mud scraping and sucking equipment is made of deceleration driving mechanism, drive shaft, the wiper arm, water bearing and the mud collecting groove scraper and other components.The whole load of the mud scraper roles in working bridge center across the fixed pool.
The raw water after being distributed by the center flows in a radiation into the surrounding overflow tank. As the flow decreases, suspensions in water are separated and are settled at the bottom of the pool, the supernatant flows out of the discharging pool through the overflow weir plate. Through the transmission of the gear drive and suspension components, relying on the hydrostatic pressure or pump ,the sludge is pushed out of the discharging pool after being scraped to the central mud-collecting grooves by the scraper.By using water inletting and mud discharging in the middle,draining off water in the periphery, it ensures uniform flows. The mud is discharged with self-suction using the difference of liquid level. There is a skimming set exclusion devices and overload protection device.
According to the requirements of the clients, the controlling system can be connected with the internet.
Main performance
1), Mud scraping at the bottom of the pool, driving devices adopts a deceleration driving mechanism,device has the advantage of compact structure, high mechanical efficiency
2)Oblique-typed scraper, efficient continuity, mud-collecting. Mud-scraping rubber plate can be installed at the bottom of the stainless steel scraper, ensuring clean scraping,no floating mud.
3), The bottom sloping ratio is 1:10, sludge resistance is negligible when scraping.
4), The girder is made of square steel, structure is of high strength, using spray paint technology after being hot-galvanized, strong anti-corrosion.The girder can also be poured by concrete , saving lots of investments.
5)Simple to be operated and can be controlled remotely.
