Centrifugal fan is a mechanical device for moving air or other gases. These fans increase the speed of air stream with the rotating impellers. They use kinetic energy of the impellers or the rotating blade to increase the pressure of the air/gas stream which in turn moves them against the resistance caused by ducts, dampers and other components. Centrifugal fans accelerate air radially, changing the direction of the airflow. They are sturdy, quiet, reliable, and capable of operating over a wide range of conditions.
Principle of Working
The centrifugal fan uses the centrifugal power to generate from the rotation of impellers to increase the pressure of air/gases. When the impellers rotate, the gas near the impellers is thrown-off from the impellers due to the centrifugal force and then moves into the fan casing. As a result the gas pressure in the fan casing is increased. The gas is then guided to the exit via outlet ducts. After the gas is thrown-off, the gas pressure in the middle region of the impellers decreases. The gas from the impeller eye rushes in to normalize this pressure. This cycle repeats and therefore the gas can be continuously transferred.
Our ventilators are with fantastic fan with excellent performance and elegant shape for circular pipe. With the perfect match between new designed shell and backward centrifugal impeller, our ventilators have the best pneumatic and hydrodynamic performance as well as compact size and practical application, our ventilators are easy to be installed, lightweight, quiet, and able to provide strong power for air feeding, exhausting, returning and purifying. With extremely high pressure, our ventilators can be used for a pipe over several decameters long, able to control multiple areas by one ventilator and can be applied to buildings, indoor air exchanging and pipe pressurizing. Air intake and outlet are designed in compliance with standard pipe diameters and can be connected to a pipe directly at both ends. Our ventilators are wildly used in public places like hotel, hall, conference room, supermarket, station, airport, etc.
