JLF series centrifugal shutter system fan
Products Features:
1) Shutter: With a centrifugal system which can ensure the shutter open and close automatically, and makes it dustproof, waterproof.
2) Motor: The high efficient and energy-saving motor with protection grades: IP55, insulation class: F
3) Belt: Automatic tensioner to prevent the belt loosing and dropping off.
4) Stainless steel blade, no disortion, no broken
5). Nylon oriented pole: Made of stainless steel, fixed on the flange which can avoid distortion of nylon and guarantee total concentricity of front and back bearing.
Centrifugal system is made of high quality nylon, opening the shutters at complete 90 degree to ensure the lowest air resistance and biggest air volume.
Material of components:
Fan Frame: Made of galvanized steel sheet, anti-corrosive, durable, zinc thickness: 180G/M2. Thichness: 1.0mm for the top, 0.8mm for the other sides
Blade: 6 pieces of mirror finished stainless steel blades, one-off molded, attractive and durable with big air volume, low noise, no distortion, no broken. Thickness: 1.2mm. All the push-pull centrifugal exhaust fan's blades will pass the homeostasis test to ensure the air volume keeping the same as the very beginning during the operational life span.
Motor: Siemens motor or Chinese motor, high efficient and energy-saving with CCC certificate. Protection class: IP 55. Insulation class: F grade. The voltage, Hz, phase and power can be customized.
Shutter: Made of high strength galvanized steel sheet, dustproof and waterproof. Thickness: 0.45mm
Centrifugal system/Push-pull System: Made of high quality nylon, opening the shutters at complete 90 degree to ensure the lowest air resistance and biggest air volume. When the push-pull centrifugal exhaust fan is close, the tight sealing can efficiently block light and wind into the poultry house. The fasteners of centrifugal system/push-pull system are copper rivets, wear-resisting, no rust, and flexible.
