The combination of gravity sedimentation with centrifugal sedimentation leads to wide test range and easy operation perfect for the particle test of superfine kaolin and super fine heavy calcium superphosphate.
With special synchronous technique, it can test particle size successively under high-speed centrifugal condition, which keeps the result repeatable and accurate.
Standard USB connecting mode for data transfer and transmitting makes it easy to connect with various types of Laptops and PC by only one signal line, quite different from the conventional board and card mode.
Standard Windows software with user-friendly interface offers easy operation. It has the functions of results saving, locating, comparison, merging, editing, delete, help and system failure self-diagnosing. The test result can be classified and converted to Excel file and figure.
It has 3 different report forms both in Chinese and English including accumulative particle distribution data and graph, compartment particle distribution data, histogram and typical particle diameter range such as D3, D10, D25, D50, D75, D84, D90, D97, D98, etc. The user can edit the pattern, color, and typeface of the report form acc. Principle
Sedimentation method is applied according to different sedimentation speed generated by different particles in different diameter in some liquids. Put sample into some liquids to make suspension, the partilces in which will sedimentate by gravity or centrifugal force. Large particles will sedimentate faster and small will be slower. Stokes Law describe the relation between particle diameter and sedimentation.
