Product Features:
1. The frame material is galvanized with advanced auto-machining techincs. Sheet thickness 180G/M2. The frame is pressed with flower pattern, which promotes the intension and toughness of the frame.
2. It uses Al-alloy rim, so it has light weight, high intension and good toughness.
3. Being imported from French Original, the bearing is of high intension and durable using-term without any noise.
4. Safety net with easy disaasembly is convenient for maintaining.
5. High precision system is assistanted by computers, which maximizes the effectiveness of the fan. The strict procedures that consist of airflow test, noise test, libration test, drive concentric test, blade RPM test, electric durrect test and whole mahine efficiency test, dynamic balance test, the thickness of the galvanized sheet test, the size of the spare parts test, etc. They assure the quality of the fan.
6. The guarantee period is one year, during which the easily damaged parts are offered free of charge.
7. Shutter is opened by this special automatic centrifugal open system.
8. Motor is specially used for high-performance fan, with updated design for automatic regulating device, the belt doesn't need manual adjustment.
Priciple of negative pressure fan: The negative pressure fan is designed according to the air convection and the principle of the negative pressure ventilation. The negative pressure fan is usually installed in poor ventilation places. When it is working, it will force out the stagnant hot-gas, peculiar smell and squalid smoke bythe negative pressure rapidly in the shortest posssible time. At the same time, fresh air will be supplied into the door quickly and flow circularly, so as to achieve the aim of ventilation and cooling and improve the workshop's environment.
